WSE 2.0 is Released!

It is finally here!  WSE 2.0 is now available as a free download.

Coolest Feature: The policy support (WS-Policy) makes the task of creating secure messages a breeze.  Not just signing and encrypting, but verifying that messages do meet the policy criterion.  This was really hard to do with WSE 1.0 and even harder to get right.  Now its a no-brainer.

Coolest Feature You Don't See: The support for the Oasis Web Services Security 1.0 standard.  I believe this is the first support for Oasis WS-Security in a supported product.  It may be the first product to support it, but it won't be the last.  Real interoperable Web service security from popular Web service products is now only weeks away--and Microsoft has our side available today.

What attachment support exists now in WSE 2.0? SOAP with Attachments? DIME? WS-Attachments? MTOM and XOP? Some time ago, Don Box blogged that SOAP with Attachments, DIME and WS-Attachments are dead ends. So, I'm anxious to learns of WSE's direction moving forward in this regard.
