Microsoft has this series, How Microsoft Does IT, that has caught my eye recently.  Each webcast talks about how Microsoft's IT group is applying different Microsoft technologies internally.

Presented by top authorities from the Microsoft IT organization,these topical presentations illustrate how Microsoft deploys and manages its own worldwide enterprise environment."

They have a list of archived sessions that is fairly impressive.  They also have some upcoming presentations that I will have to watch.  Check out the list on the above link.  I bet at least one will catch your eye.  These are not product focused necessarily.  The titles are focused on solving problems or how to do certain implementations.

I'm waiting for How Microsoft IT Implements Encryption Using SQL Server 2005 (Level 300).
