Several people have asked me about where they’ll be able to use their wireless connections here at the show. ,and whether you will have coverage in the breakout rooms.  I checked with John O’Gara, the guy heading up a group called TSG that puts together our amazing network on site.  Here’s what he said:

“I can confirm that breakout rooms were not covered, intentionally, in 2004 and that this is the case again in 2005.  Hallways, lobbies, community lounges, track cabanas, hands-on labs, etc. all have coverage however.  Over 125 802.11b and 802.11g access points have been deployed event wide, and there are great areas of coverage.  In general, the only areas with no coverage are the keynote hall, meal hall and the breakout rooms.”
