One of my jobs around MS is making sure that we have really great labs at TechEd.  This year, in Orlando, we’ll have a staff of 80 people managing 1100 computers and a terabyte of information, under the calm cool direction of Corey Hynes.  Corey is my Tech Lead, which means he takes my confusing mish-mash of goals and actually creates an infrastructure and process for everything to work.

One new thing this year is that every, single, solitary lab on the floor is tested before it gets there – no exceptions.  Take a look at what that involves.
